Serials for the Weekend

For this weekend's watching pleasure, we have three recommendations for you. Each of the serials is well thought out and the comedy in each one is intelligent and excellent.

The Sopranos
Can you imagine being able to combine the mayhem and murders of the mafia with family life and laughter and at times being able to sympathize with the gang lord? And then there are the consultations between the mafioso and his psychiatrist. You have it all in this series. Each episode will give you a few laughs and keep you interested.

Curb your enthusiasm
The series is about a very likable and a difficult person Larry, his wife and friends. Larry is a television producer who manages to complicate matters even in the simplest situations while making you laugh. Larry David plays himself and probably cannot be paralleled.

Seinfeld
The comedian Jerry Seinfeld, plays himself in this series. Manic and obsessive and backed by his funny and idiosyncratic friends George, Elaine and Kramer they give you a few good laughs in each episode and you may even relate to some of the traits they exhibit.
