Scholarship Program – University of Pretoria
The University of Pretoria has prepared for you a great scholarship opportunity, The MasterCard Foundation has established itself to promote education and Africa is a focus area. This program is for African students who wish to do their postgraduate courses.
One of the major criteria for considering the application is that the candidates must be economically disadvantaged. The other is that they must have an excellent academic background.
All those who go on to do the course must return to their home countries to give back to society in terms of community development.
Award
The award from the Mastercard Foundation varies from institution to institution but the usual minimum cover comprises tuition, accommodation, books and other study material.
The closing date for the application is August 31, 2020.
