Explore Europe is a group tour company serving United States military members and their families stationed in Germany. Located in Bayreuth, Germany, Explore Europe offers a diverse lineup of packaged tours around Europe.
Established in September 2013, the team and the company is dedicated to helping those with a thirst for European travel experience the places they’ve always dreamt of while also staying affordable.
Interns will be responsible for planning trips, securing group bookings, creating on-trip itineraries, prospecting and identifying new business partners, preparing weekly sales and social media performance reports, and more.
Interns will receive financial compensation, university credit where applicable, and the opportunity to travel and explore Europe at no cost to you.
Full-time internships last six months, the commitment of 35 hours per week is mandatory. Starting dates are 1 October 2020 or 4 January 2021.

Main criteria
- Candidates should be currently enrolled, preferably in Economics, Business, Trade, or Tourism.
- Fluency in English and good German are required; Italian and Spanish are favourable but not required.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail as well ability to analyze processes are necessary.
