Undergraduate students from around the world are invited to apply for the Millennium Fellowship organized by the UN Academic Impact and MCN. This program convenes, challenges, and celebrates bold student leadership advancing the Sustainable Development Goals on campus and in communities. The deadline is on Friday 16th April 2021.
The United Nations Academic Impact (UNAI) is an initiative that aligns institutions of higher education with the United Nations in supporting and contributing to the realisation of United Nations goals and mandates, including the promotion and protection of human rights, access to education, sustainability and conflict resolution.
As a Millennium Fellow, you will participate in a semester-long online leadership development programme that aims to help you acquire new skills and navigate you through project development. There is no cost for selected students.
Candidates should plan to work on a project between August-December 2021 that advances at least one Sustainable Development Goal.
The deadline is on Friday 16th April 2021.
Main Criteria
Candidates must be undergraduate students in good academic standing for the duration of the programme.
Commit to 10 meetings with your campus directors and fellows over the course of the programme is required.
