ETH Zurich supports excellent Master's students with a generous Excellence scholarship and opportunity programme (ESOP). Prospective graduate students will receive a scholarship to cover their studies and monthly living expenses for the duration of the Master’s programme. The deadline is on Wednesday 15th December 2021.
ETH Zurich (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zürich) is a public research university in the city of Zürich, Switzerland.
Founded in 1854 with the stated mission to educate engineers and scientists, the school focuses exclusively on science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
The scholarship consists of an award covering living and study expenses (CHF 12,000 per semester) as well as a tuition fee waiver.
The scholarship is awarded for three or four semesters and is paid out at the beginning of each semester.
The deadline is on Wednesday 15th December 2021.
Main Criteria
Applicants should demonstrate academic excellence at the undergraduate level (top 10% of the class). In addition to the documents for the Master admission you will need to upload a pre-proposal for your master thesis.
If you are already enrolled in a Master’s degree programme at ETH Zurich or hold a Master degree, you are not eligible for these scholarships.
