The main responsibilities include tasks in dairy production and affinage as well as marketing.

Interns are expected to demonstrate strengths in the areas of cheese-making, affinage, and knowledge of production methods by the completion of their internship.

Training weeks average of 40 hours, but they can be longer. Living accommodations are free in a fully furnished intern house, located on the farm property. Interns are responsible for their own health insurance. American and international interns are welcome.
