Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst which was founded in 1925 is the largest support organization in Germany in the field of international academic cooperation and funds programmes for study in Germany and abroad.
Apply for DAAD-CERAAS Scholarships
This award for which June 2 is the last date of receiving applications is funded in collaboration with CERAAS which is the Centre d’Etudes Regional pour l’Amélioration de l’Adaptation a la Secheresse.
The programme is for Sub Saharan Africans.
Award of the Scholarship
DAAD-CERAAS Scholarships cover tuition fees from 55,000 XOF to 890,000 XOF which works out to 83 to 1350 Euros at the current rate of exchange. Additionally, the award comprises 460 to 920 Euros as study and research allowance paid annually, monthly subsistence of 300 to 550 Euros, travel allowance for travel within the region to and fro paid at the beginning and end of scholarship and health insurance.
