Young people with interest in music technology are invited to join a music-tech company on a short-term internship in London, UK. Interns will receive a salary of £22,000 per annum. What is the customer experience intern? Spitfire Audio was founded by two award-winning composers, Christian Henson and Paul Thomson.
Born out of their shared dissatisfaction for string sample libraries, they pooled their resources and decided to record their own string samples.
Spitfire produces the finest virtual instruments from the finest musical samples in the world.
The company is offering short term contracts with their Customer Experience team. Interns will be responsible for providing excellent and timely customer service in music technology.
In addition to helping customers one to one, you will also write articles and tips and tricks relevant to the support you are giving with the intention of helping future customers that have the same problem.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that any relevant comments or reported bugs are entered into the appropriate reporting system, and keeping customers up to date with responses and fixes as they become available.
This internship will require short-term, full-time commitment.
The annual salary is £22,000.
