Singapore International Graduate Award
This program is for PhD studies mainly in the areas of Sciences, Biomedical Sciences and Engineering. The program covers the tuition fees, Singapore dollars 2,000 to 2,500 towards monthly expenses, airfare and settling in allowance. The program asks for proven ability in research.

ADB-Japan Scholarship For Developing Countries in Asia and the Pacific
This scholarship is for those from specific countries and covers tuition, monthly expenses, accommodation, study materials, insurance and travel.

NTU Nanyang Undergraduate Scholarship
This program provides for tuition fees, sustenance allowance of Singapore dollars 6,500 per year, accommodation allowance to a maximum of Singapore dollars 2,000 per year, travel expenses of Singapore dollars 5,000 and also a grant of Singapore dollars 1,750 towards purchasing a computer.

Lee Kong Chian Graduate Scholarships at NUS
This is also a quite a generous scholarship and offers S$ 3,500 towards monthly expenses, tuition fees, study material allowance of S$ 500, airfare of S$ 3,000 and grant towards purchasing a laptop of S$ 1,500.

The program covers specific countries which can be seen on their website. The award is almost 40,000 USD.
