Graduate applicants and young professionals from selected developing countries are invited to apply for full scholarships to study in Belgium. Candidates can apply for a four-to-six-month advanced training course or a year-long specialized master’s degree programme at an institution in Wallonia-Brussels Federation, Belgium. The deadline is on Monday 15th February 2021.
ARES, a federation of higher education establishments of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation, offers nationals of a developing country a scholarship to pursue education in Belgium.
The Master’s scholarship covers international travel costs, a monthly living allowance of €1,1150, and a one-time settlement allowance of €700.
The training course grant covers travel costs and a monthly allowance of €1,400 for stays of up to six months.
The deadline is on Monday 15th February 2021.
Main Criteria
- Be under the age of 40 for degree programs, and under 45 for training courses
- Nationals of Benin, Bolivia, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Cuba, Ecuador, Ethiopia, Haiti, Madagascar, Morocco, Niger, Peru, the Philippines, the DR Congo, Rwanda, Senegal, and Vietnam.
- Have earned a diploma comparable to a graduate-level diploma from Belgian university studies. Nevertheless, for certain training courses, different requirements may be requested.
- Professional experience of at least two years after graduate studies
