Young leaders and owners of social businesses are invited to participate in a remote training for early-stage founders.
Yunus & Youth supports young social impact innovators from around the globe to develop their business projects and to become financially sustainable.
Inspired by the work of Nobel Peace Prize winner Muhammad Yunus, Yunus & Youth was born with one goal: to make the challenge of social entrepreneurship easier.
Y&Y Fellows will access training on an online platform, including interactive assignments designed to help fellows build a strong business plan.
he Y&Y team will work closely with each fellow to connect them with the specialised tools and training they need.
The fellows are matched with mentors from Fortune 500 companies, bringing know-how from the private sector.
At the end of the programme, Y&Y Fellows will pitch to a panel of investors with deep knowledge of social businesses.
The deadline is on Sunday 20th June 2021.
Main Criteria
Candidates should be leading an early-stage social business that solves a social or environmental issue aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Applicants should be able to commit at least five hours per week to the Y&Y Fellowship.
Candidates should be aged 18-30, with exceptions for outstanding applicants outside that range.
