Youth Citizen Entrepreneurship Competition In Germany

Young people are welcome to apply for the Youth Citizen Entrepreneurship Competition. This is a global platform that empowers young entrepreneurs from over the globe to work towards a more peaceful world. Deadline to apply is 31st of July.

Participants are invited to submit innovative ideas and projects with a societal impact, which implement one or more of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and 169 related targets that address the most important social, economic, environmental, health, and governance challenges of our time. The competition is organized by Goi Peace Foundation and Stiftung Entrepreneurship.

The process of the competition includes submitting projects followed by an evaluation process and official announcement of winners and runners-up at the Entrepreneurship Summit in Berlin in October, 2017. Applicants will be evaluated based on their entrepreneurial vision, feasibility, innovation, leadership, social impact, and sustainability, among other factors.

Main criteria

  • Candidates should be between the ages of 15 and 35;
  • Candidates must be able to communicate orally and in written form;
  • The initiative that a candidate is willing to implement should be designed so that it contributes to the candidate’s local community;
  • All entries must be submitted in English.
