Young Leaders Invited To Speak At European Development Days 2016

The European Commission is inviting young people from around the world to play an active role in this year’s European Development Days (EDD 2016), taking place in Brussels on 15 & 16 June 2016. Application close on March 18.

Organisers are looking for 16 extraordinary young people aged 21-26 from around the world who can represent the powerful impact that youth are having in the development field. Selected young leaders will be invited to speak at high-level panels about a topic they are passionate about, alongside global leaders!

Are you playing an active role in the fight against poverty? Do you want to share your vision of the future with other influential development actors? Apply now for the Young Leaders Programme and win an invitation to Brussels, to share your ideas!

Applicants must show leadership and knowledge in one of the EDD 2016 topics, demonstrate expertise in their chosen field, and explain how they will represent young people at the forum. More info.

There are many more ways to become part of the EDD 2016. Find out more.
