Musicians from around the world are invited to join the Visa For Music festival that promotes arts, culture, and heritage. The eighth edition of the festival and the first professional music market will be held from Wednesday 17th November to Saturday 20th November 2021 in Rabat, Morocco. The deadline is on Thursday 15th April 2021.
Visa For Music is carried by the cultural company ANYA SARL whose vision is to allow artists and cultural operators in Morocco, the African continent and the Middle East to make a living from music or the music industry.
Visa For Music is co-organised by the Hiba Foundation and the Atlas Azawan Association.
Sharing the values of the theme Arts, culture and heritage; a lever to build the Africa we want, chosen for this year’s edition, the festival will offer a new experience.
It will combine live performances and digital sessions, and reserves the right to cancel or modify the festival’s format according to health restrictions related to Covid-19.
Candidates should provide a presentation file that include their biography and discography as well as audio and video links to their works.
The deadline is on Thursday 15th April 2021.
Main Criteria
Applicants must be artists with at least one year of activity and stage experience.
This call for applications is addressed to artists over the age of 18 promoting music from Morocco, Africa, the Middle East and the world.
