Current high school students and recent graduates from Middle East and North Africa region are invited to apply for a full undergraduate scholarship. Participants will have all their expenses covered for a four-year bachelor program at a US-accredited university in the MENA region. The deadline is on 4 December 2020.

Leaders Undergraduate Programme: Aiming to advance stability and prosperity in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), the Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI) program supports governments and their citizens to achieve shared political, economic and stability objectives.
MEPI aims to enable partnerships between citizens, government officials, educational institutions and local organisations using scholarships for universities in the region, as well as exchanges and training.
The Tomorrow’s Leaders Undergraduate Program is a leadership-training program that targets students from around the region who are academically qualified, but who are otherwise unable to afford American-style higher education.
Students will enrol at the undergraduate level in a four-year program in one of the hosting institutions: The American University of Beirut (AUB), The Lebanese American University (LAU) in Lebanon and The American University in Cairo (AUC) in Egypt.
The programme provides full tuition coverage for a maximum period of four academic years, housing, university health insurance, and visa costs.
Additionally, students receive a monthly living allowance, allowance, books, a laptop, two-yearly round-trip tickets, and more.
The deadline is on 4 December 2020.
Main Criteria
For the fall 2021 enrolment class, applicants must be citizens of Algeria, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Tunisia, Syria (Syrians residing outside of Syria), Yemen, and Iraq.
Students must demonstrate strong academic credentials and proficiency in English with a minimum of 55 for the TOEFL iBT that is less than two years old.
Students who qualify may be eligible for up to one year of intensive English Language training if needed. Candidates must maintain a high GPA and pass high school leaving exam in final year.
