The Macquarie University Vice-Chancellor’s International Scholarship

The Macquarie University Vice-Chancellor’s International Scholarship is awarded to recognise academic excellence for international students. This highly competitive scholarship is based on academic merit and awarded to future students of the Macquarie University in Sidney, Australia. This scholarship awards up to AUD $35,000, applied towards tuition fee. The deadline to apply is on 10 November 2018.

Students applying to read undergraduate or graduate programs can apply for the scholarship.

Main criteria

  • Candidates need to be citizens a country other than Australia or New Zealand;
  • Meet the University’s academic and English requirements for the course: achieve a minimum GPA equivalent of 5.0 out of 7.0 for Postgraduate applications; or a minimum ATAR equivalent of 90 out of 100 for Undergraduate applications;
  • Apply for a course and remain enrolled in a full-time study load.
