The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung awards scholarships to international students of the Middle East and North Africa to study at one of the over 400 universities in Germany.
If you’d like to pursue a graduate degree in Germany, apply for Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) scholarships for international students. KAS is a German political party foundation that earmarks funding for two and three years of Master’s and PhD programs, respectively. Additionally, student’s receive a monthly stipend of EUR 850 for Master’s students and EUR 1200 for PhD candidates.
The deadline is on 26 April 2020.
The scholarships are intended for MENA-region students to study at one of the over 400 universities in Germany. International students and graduates who have acquired a university degree are to complete postgraduate or master studies, doctoral studies or a research fellowship of at least three semesters at a university in Germany. In addition to above average academic performance, candidates should be engaged in volunteering and possess a broad general education and distinct interest in political issues.
Main criteria
The applicants should:
- have a university degree,
- be no older than 30 when applying,
- have good knowledge of the German language (B1 or B2 level).
