Young people are invited to participate in Global Science Technology & Innovation Conference which will be held in the end of October in Brussels. Youth can apply for a limited number of discount codes available to waive the fee ($500+) registration, thus allowing free access to the conference. Deadline to apply is September 24th.
Young people are invited to support in enhancing meaningful youth participation throughout the event. The G-STIC 2017 conference aims to accelerate the development, dissemination and deployment of technological innovations that enable the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Focused on integrated technological solutions that are good for the planet, for the people and for the economy, G-STIC 2017 provides a unique chance to join the global technological innovation community that is single-mindedly devoted to enabling transitions to less carbon and resource-intensive economic development models.
All youth organizations and innovators are welcome to apply by submitting this online form.
For those not able to attend in person, the UN MGCY will facilitate an online dialogue on the topics relevant to the conference. A selection committee within the UN MGCY Science-Policy Interface Platform will review the applications and respond to selected participants.
