If you are a recent graduate, apply for a 12-month paid sales traineeship and develop necessary skills to launch an international career. High performing trainees will move into permanent roles within the Account Management team after completion of the Sales Academy Scheme. Starting date is 7 September 2020.

As part of the traineeship, you will learn about sales cycle and consultative selling. Trainees will shadow team members assigned to various projects so that they experience various roles. Along the way you will have the dedicated support of a mentor and will be able to make valuable connections across our Account Management team and beyond.
