The company is based in Salt Lake City, UT and it provides software and over 100 analytics applications for accountable care and financial; benchmarking and comparative analytics; care management and many more.
This highly creative position is responsible for designing educational programs that are engaging and effective by applying learning and design science and psychology. The Learning Experience Designer (LED) works with product owners, subject matter experts (SMEs), learners, and learning engineers to design multi-modal learning programs that target multiple learner personas. The LED develops trusting relationships with key stakeholders, designs cohesive learning experiences and manages projects.

Main criteria
- Candidates should have a minimum of one year working in learning or organizational development
- Foundational knowledge of design principles and theory and general knowledge of current research and practices in corporate learning are required
- Interns should be pursuing a degree in learning design/development or related discipline
