Current university students are invited for a six-month-long internships as part of the Amazon EU Student Programs Team. As a project and program management intern you will become part of the office in Amsterdam, Netherlands starting in July 2020.
Amazon is working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. Headquartered in Seattle, USA, the company focuses on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence. It is considered one of the Big Four technology companies, along with Google, Apple, and Microsoft.
The Amazon EU Student Programs Team are looking for ambitious students to join them for a six-month internship. As a Project and Program Management Intern you will join one of the retail or merchant services teams. Amazon is looking for for smart and entrepreneurial interns willing to learn how to define, implement and kick-off a new business.
Your responsibilities as an intern may include direct work with category managers on structuring the project to launch, and monitoring progresses. Additionally, you will develop Excel-based tools and analytical models to support business decision making, especially in the area of lead pipeline management, identifying & prioritizing lead opportunities, and management reporting.
Candidates will be invited to attend an online assessment and successful candidates will be invited to attend a video interview. The final stage of the selection process will be a virtual assessment centre based out of 3 virtual interviews. The six-month internship will start in July 2020.

Main criteria
- Candidates should be studying towards a Bachelors/Masters degree
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Dutch and experience using analytical tools (Excel, Google Analytics, SQL/ DBMS) are required
- Planning, prioritization, time-management skills and a second European language are a plus
