- How to achieve scale and growth after the launch of the product or service.

About the Speaker
Richmond:
Richmond holds a certificate in Entrepreneurship from the Adansonia Research Project at the Bocconi University – Milan, Italy.
He is also a published Amazon Author and an International Business Developer specifically in the area of building revenue models and business valuation for SMEs.
With a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Ghana Business School and a Certificate in Human Capital Strategy from the Institute of Business and Social Impact, Haas School of Business – University of California, Berkeley, Richmond is committed to helping early start-ups build resilient teams through talent management.
This he does as Executive Director of the Engel Divine Foundation – a social talent management organisation committed to developing 500,000 young leaders across Africa by 2030.
Richmond is also a certified Civic Leader from the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI RLC – West Africa) and possesses professional work experience in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.
Richmond is currently the Head of Business Development at the Pitch Hub – a social enterprise that trains SMEs and young entrepreneurs on how to successfully structure their businesses and pitch to investors.
In October 2017, Richmond was selected (together with other Ghanaian delegates) to represent Ghana at the first Commonwealth Youth Summit in Malaysia for emerging young global leaders to discuss issues on Climate Policy and Finance, Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, Peace-building & Global Inequality and Social Cohesion.
As Managing Director and Lead Consultant for Variance Consult Limited, Richmond is currently pursuing a long-term career as a Venture Capitalist.
