Organization
Knight-Hennessy Scholars was founded in 2016 by Phil Knight, MBA ’62, philanthropist, American businessman, and co-founder of Nike Inc., and John Hennessy, who served as Stanford University’s 10th president from 2000 to 2016. Mr. Knight and President Emeritus Hennessy recognized an opportunity for greater leadership across a variety of sectors in our society and created a graduate-level scholarship to address this systemic issue.
Mr. Knight and numerous other benefactors provided funding gifts totaling more than $750 million, which makes Knight-Hennessy Scholars the largest fully endowed graduate fellowship in the world.
Benefits
Knight-Hennessy Scholars receive funding for up to three years for any graduate degree(s) at Stanford. This funding applies to the degree(s) to which scholars are preparing to enroll at the time of scholar selection.
Eligibility
Knight-Hennessy Scholars has no restrictions based on age, college or university, field of study, or career aspiration.

Chevening Scholarship to Study in the United Kingdom
Applications for the Chevening Scholarship are open for 2023. Chevening enables outstanding emerging leaders from all over the world to pursue one-year master’s degrees in the UK.
Organization
Chevening is the UK government’s international scholarships and fellowships program.
Funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office (FCDO) and partner organizations, the organization offers individuals who show potential to inspire, inform, and influence positive change the opportunity to study at a UK university to gain a UK educational qualification.
Chevening Scholars study subjects in almost any field and go on to implement their ideas for positive change in a range of sectors. After completing their period of study in the UK, they return home and join our global network of over 50,000 alumni.
Benefits
The Chevening Programme includes a tailored engagement program creating opportunities for scholars to network with each other as well as alumni, the FCDO, high-profile speakers, and partner organizations. Award recipients receive:
- Payment of tuition fees
- Economy travel to and from your country of residence by an approved route for you only
- An arrival allowance
- The cost of an entry clearance (visa) application for you only
- A departure allowance
- A contribution of up to £75 for TB testing, where this is required
- A travel top-up allowance
- A monthly personal living allowance (stipend) to cover accommodation and living expenses. The monthly stipend will depend on whether you are studying inside or outside London. These rates are subject to annual review.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a Chevening Scholarship you must:
- Be a citizen of a Chevening-eligible country or territory.
- Return to your country of citizenship for a minimum of two years after your award has ended.
- Have completed all components of an undergraduate degree that will enable you to gain entry onto a postgraduate program at a UK university by the time you submit your application.
- Have at least two years (equivalent to 2,800 hours) of work experience.
- Apply to three different eligible UK university courses and have received an unconditional offer from one of these choices by July 13, 2023.

The deadline for the application is November 1, 2022.

Skoll Scholarship For MBA At The University Of Oxford’s Saïd Business School
Applications are open for Skoll Scholarship for pursuing Masters In Business Administration at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School.
Organization
Oxford University has a rich tradition of developing leaders. The MBA program builds on this legacy, providing you with a solid foundation in core business principles while developing a broadened mindset and understanding of the role of business in society.
You will be challenged to delve deep into the areas that interest you most and gain the strategic skills and insight to lead a successful, purposeful career.
Benefits
The Scholarship covers the full course fees for the MBA program, as well as partial living expenses.
The Skoll Scholarship provides funding for entrepreneurs who have set up or have been working in entrepreneurial initiatives with a social purpose or who have pursued an impact career, and who wish to improve their knowledge of market-oriented practices so they can be more effective in their subsequent social change pursuits.

- You have identified opportunities and taken action in order to make a positive social impact
- You have spent preferably at least three years driving change through entrepreneurial approaches

- You can demonstrate the outcomes and impact of your entrepreneurial action
- Your impact addresses unjust systems and practices in your area of work

- You are a force for positive change
- You are single-minded and persistent, with a willingness to fail and start again
- You have a bias toward action.
The Oxford MBA is critical to your career trajectory
- You can demonstrate why business education is essential in helping to develop your work/impact at this stage
Financial need
- You are in a position where the cost of the program is a significant financial burden
- You can demonstrate the need for the Scholarship (for example, due to previous work experiences or personal circumstances)

You can apply for the scholarship till January 4, 2023.
