Nudge Global Impact Challenge 2020 – Online Leadership Program

Nudge is a social enterprise and a B Corp based in The Netherlands. They support the transformation to a more sustainable society through leadership programmes, consulting and campaigning and by distributing our expertise to local communities. The Nudge Global Impact Challenge is a seven-month online personal development program for young professionals that focuses on leadership, sustainability and impact creation for 90 young professionals from around the world.

The components of the learning experience will be spread over a seven-month period (October 2020 – April 2021). Participants will take part in activities such as individualized coaching sessions, learning modules with top sustainability and leadership experts, and connecting with peers in networking meetups. On 21-22 June 2021, a ‘Grand Finale’ closure event will take place in the Netherlands including the Nudge Global Impact Awards night in the Peace Palace in The Hague. 30 successful applicants will be granted a ‘Wild Card’ which will allow them to participate in the Challenge on a full scholarship.

The deadline is on 1 July 2020.

Main criteria

• The program is open to young professionals from around the world
• Candidates should have at least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and be aged between 23 and 33
• Fluency in English is required
• Applicants should demonstrate a clear passion for sustainability and developing their leadership skills
