Female leaders currently enrolled in a university degree programme are invited to join the virtual leadership programme. The event is organized by McKinsey & Company, an American consulting firm and will commence in May 2021. The deadline is on Tuesday 23rd March 2021.
Next Generation Women Leaders (NGWL) is a programme that allows participants to explore the importance of women in leadership and refine their own leadership skills.
The NGWL EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) programme kicks off with a three-day virtual event on Thursday 6th May – Saturday 8th May where attendees will develop a sense of connection, and create a long-lasting community.
The programme will continue with weekly workshops and informative virtual sessions throughout May and June.
Candidates should provide their resume in English and include details of their education and grades, work experience, and extracurricular activities and achievements.

The deadline is on Tuesday 23rd March 2021.
Main Criteria
To be considered for NGWL EMEA, you must be currently based in Europe, the Middle East, or Africa or have strong ties with Europe, the Middle East, or Africa.
You must also be a Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, or MBA student graduating no later than 2022 or a professional with up to eight years of work experience.
