McKinsey Virtual Women’s Global Operations Summit

McKinsey & Company is a global management consulting firm, committed to helping institutions in the private, public, and social sectors achieve lasting success.

McKinsey passionately believes in developing outstanding women leaders and promoting gender diversity.

Candidates wishing to learn about the company’s global work in operations are invited to join the virtual summit on 3-4 March 2021.

Those selected to attend will get a chance to engage with McKinsey Operations consultants and meet other like-minded women from around the world.

Participants should be professionals who have a background in engineering or business and work experience in operations, i.e. manufacturing, supply-chain management, product development, procurement, capital excellence, advanced analytics, or quality management.

Participants should be students working toward a Master’s degree, an MBA, or a PhD, with an engineering or business background.

The deadline is on Wednesday 3rd February 2021.

Main Criteria

Your application should include a CV in English. No cover letter is needed and transcripts are optional.

Selected participants will be informed of the outcome of their application by 17th February 2021.
