Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne (EPFL) offers a number of stipends at master’s level to students with superb academic records. Anyone applying to an EPFL master’s program is eligible. The selection of candidates is done based on the evaluation of the academic records of the candidates. The deadline is on Thursday 15th April 2021.
Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne (EPFL) is a research institute and university in Lausanne, Switzerland, that specializes in natural sciences and engineering.
It is one of the two Swiss Federal Institutes of Technology, and it has three main missions: education, research and technology transfer.
Students applying for the fellowship will receive CHF 8,000 per semester.
Those candidates who completed their bachelor’s degree at EPFL will receive CHF 5,000 per year.
The renewal and payment of the fellowship for a second year of studies is conditional upon excellent academic performance at EPFL.
Fellows will be responsible to cover all expenses on their own (i.e. accommodation, tuition fees, etc.).
Those students who need a visa for Switzerland, should be aware that the visa application must be submitted at least three months before the beginning of the academic year.
