Doctoral, post-doctoral, and senior scholars who are working in the field of environment and society are invited to apply for a fully-funded Landhaus fellowship outside Munich, Germany. Participants will have all their expenses covered for the duration of three to twelve months. The deadline is on Tuesday 15th June 2021.
The Landhaus Fellowship Programme is a residential programme for 10 fellows who live and work together in the newly renovated historic house on the Herrmannsdorfer organic farm outside Munich.
The Landhaus fellowship includes the use of a single-occupancy room with its own bathroom in the RCC Landhaus. Fellows will receive a monthly stipend to cover basic living costs (food and transport) based on their career level at the start of the fellowship.
Candidates should demonstrate academic record in the field of environment and society and either be enrolled in or have finished a doctoral programme. The duration of stay may vary from three to twelve months.
Candidates should indicate their preferred starting date and the length of the stay. It is possible to take up the 2022 fellowship on Saturday 1st January, Friday 1st April, Friday 1st July, or Saturday 1st October.
The deadline is on Tuesday 15th June 2021.

- Cover letter (750 words maximum)
- Curriculum vitae (3 pages maximum)
- Project description (1,000 words maximum)
- Research schedule for the fellowship period (300 words maximum
- Names and contact information of three scholars as referees
