Recent graduates with a law degree are invited to join a medical care organisation on a full-time internship with Fresenius Medical Care.

As member of the legal team, you will be involved in the activities related to assuring compliance with local law, supporting the implementation of corporate and local legal guidelines, providing legal support to the Italian organisation in commercial business matters and public procurement tender procedures.
You will assist with all legal matters, support the local Legal Counsel in M&A transactions activities, and co-operate with the Italian data privacy liaison Liaison in the oversight of the privacy and data protection programme.

Main Criteria
- Five-year University degree in Law or equivalent;
- Fluency in Italian and English, written and spoken;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Any previous experience in the field will be a plus.
