Istanbul Fellowship Program was initiated in 2016 by Turkish Press and Publishers Copyright & Licensing Society, the largest professional organization of publishers in Turkey. The aim of this program is to contribute to bilateral cooperation between Turkish and foreign publishers, and to make Istanbul a marketplace for copyrights exchange. The deadline is 30 November 2018.
The fellowship is designed for executives of publishing houses, editors, copyright agencies, professional and Non-Governmental Publisher Organizations. The program will include publishers meetings, academic and industrial presentations, trips, and business dinner. As a part of the program, national and foreign participants will meet authorities from The Ministry of Culture and Tourism and Governorship of Istanbul at various dinners.
Successful applicants to the Istanbul Fellowship Program will be provided with three different support packages.
Golden Package is of the highest value and will include
- Plane ticket (Round Trip / Economy Class)
- 4 nights in a 5-star hotel
- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided throughout the program
- Airport pick up and drop off service
- Participation in seminars and business meetings
- Translation support
New applicants need to create an account on www.fellowship.istanbul and apply for the 4th Istanbul Fellowship Program .Results will be announced in January 2019.
Successful applicants will then be able schedule their one-to-one business appointments online. Further information about individual schedules will be supplied to participants later.
