The Bretton Woods Committee is a nonpartisan network of prominent global citizens which works to demonstrate the value of international economic cooperation and to foster strong, effective Bretton Woods institutions as forces for global well-being.

Individuals who wish to gain a wide range of hands-on experiences and to learn about the individuals and organizations shaping the future of international financial institutions are encouraged to apply. Each successful candidate will receive a $500 monthly allowance.

Main criteria

  • Applicants must be graduate students or recent graduates in international business, finance, economics, development, political science, or related fields;
  • Previous office experience is one of the main criteria as well as a self-starting nature and ability to multi-task with minimal supervision;
  • Candidates must show excellence in oral and written communication skills in English and demonstrate knowledge of MS-Office;
  • Knowledge of social media, Drupal, and/or basic HTML is helpful but is not required.

Interested candidates should submit a resume, cover letter, and writing sample (2 pages maximum). Your cover letter should include your desired beginning and end dates and available number of hours per week.

All the related expenses are the responsibility of the candidate, however, the monthly allowance is designed to cover part of the intern’s accommodation-related expenses.
