Youth to Youth Initiative opened the call for participants for the 2nd International Youth to Youth Summit which will take place in Krakow from 21st until 25th April 2016. The 2nd Summit will focus on the topic of understanding implications of corruption, transparency and accountability on our lives. Deadline to apply is January 25.
The 2nd Summit aims to gather 60 international and 25 Polish young people. You will get an opportunity of intercultural dialogue, access to Y2Y Action Hub and one year free of charge support for submitted projects or initiatives, debates on sensitive and relevant topics to youth, networking and award ceremonies.
Main criteria:
- up to 35 years of age, preferences are given to leaders of the communities, changemakers, passionate to create positive social change and those who have some outstanding experience or being active either in politics, civil society organizations, student organizations, media, business sector, academia or government;
- fluent English.
Participation fee is 120 EUR and includes: accommodation, coffee breaks during lectures and seminars, breakfast and lunches.
For local participants from Poland who would like to take part in the event and do not require accommodation fee is significantly reduced. There also will be available partial scholarships for selected participants from remote areas.
