The Procter & Gamble Company is an American multi-national consumer goods corporation headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. It specialises in a wide range of personal health, consumer health, and personal care and hygiene products.
These products are organised into several segments including beauty, grooming, health care, fabric & home care, and baby, feminine, & family care.
Emerging Leaders Camp is an all-expense paid three-day trip to P&G global headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio. Interns will join 200 of the best top candidates to learn about the company’s brands, career perspectives, and potential internship positions.
The programme is designed to give top students immersive experiences in a culture where diverse backgrounds, experiences, and ways of thinking are valued and included to make a meaningful impact.
All expenses including accommodations, meals, and transportation will be covered. During the camp, students will complete a final round interview for an internship the following year. Internship positions will be available in research & development, sales, consumer & market knowledge, human resources, IT, finance & accounting, brand management, and product supply.

Main criteria
Candidates should be academically high-achieving sophomores graduating in 2023. They should be working towards an undergraduate degree in HR, business, industrial/labor relations, organisational behaviour, psychology, or a related field of study.
As part of your application, you should demonstrate leadership experience in your degree program or extra-curricular organisations.
