Global Talent Program: the Opportunity to Study Abroad

The aim is to equip young people with necessary skills for a successful career through international internships, educational conferences and social projects that develop students’ leadership potential.

With the help of the program, the organizers strive to introduce Russia and its culture abroad, as well as to make it a better country to live in. The history of AIESEC goes back to year 1949 and it’s been active in Russia for 24 years.

Global Youth Program is for young people who wish to take part in a project in their city that is based on international exchange and is realized by AIESEC. Most of the times, foreign interns come from all around the world to lead workshops for students and later, these students go abroad on the same mission.

Global Citizen Program sends interested students on an internship abroad to work for a company or an NGO. Together with other fellow interns, students work on a specific assignment. The internship takes place from 6 to 12 weeks and students work 30 hours per week. Although participants need to pay tuition fees, accommodation is provided for free.
Global Talent Program is aimed at senior students and recent graduates, who can specialize in Teaching, Marketing or Hotel Management abroad. The participants work in schools, universities, companies and hotels. The placement can last from 2 to 12 months and students get a monthly salary that doesn’t go below the minimum wage in particular country.

Applicants for all three programs have to be university students and have a working knowledge of English. Those willing to apply for the Global Talent Program need to have work experience.
