Postdoctoral and early-career scholarships are invited to submit their proposals for a year-long fellowship at Princeton University. Finalists will receive a competitive salary and have international travel covered for them and their family. The deadline is on 16 November 2020.
The Fung Global Fellows Program annually selects six scholars from around the world to be in residence at Princeton for one academic year and to engage in research and discussion around a common theme. The program includes a public seminar series where the fellows will present their work to the University community.
Each year the program selects scholars from around the world to be in residence at Princeton for an academic year and to engage in research and discussion around a common theme. Candidates will be considered in two categories: postdoctoral research associates who received their doctorate from an institution outside of the United States and early-career scholars employed outside the United States. All candidates must be based outside the United States. Fellowships are for the entire academic year, from September 2021 to June 2022. Participants will be provided with a salary, research funds, office space, and computer access. The Program assists the Fellows in finding appropriate housing through and will pay transportation costs for each Fellow, and their spouse or domestic partner and for their child/children.

Main criteria
- Candidates must submit a cover letter, a CV that includes publications, a research proposal, one writing sample of up to 50 pages, and contact details for three referees
- Eligible postdoctoral scholars must have completed all requirements for their Ph.D. before September 1, 2021
- Early-career scholars will be appointed at the rank of Visiting Research Scholar
- Early-career applicants must hold a faculty appointment, a professional research appointment, or be established independent scholars outside the United States at the time of application, to which they are expected to return at the conclusion of the fellowship
