International students are welcome to apply for 2017 Shanghai University new international student scholarship. Scholarship includes waiver of tuition fee, accomodation, monthly stipend and health insurance. Deadline to apply is April 15th.
Shanghai University is a public research university located China. It is one of the nation’s leading research universities and is offering scholarships to new international students. These scholarships are available for pursuing bachelor, master and doctoral degree programme (except MBA and MTCSOL).
Main criteria
- Be a non-Chinese citizen in good health;
- Not be an enrolled degree student in Chinese universities at the time of application;
- Be a high school graduate under the age of 25, a Bachelor’s degree holder under the age of 35; a Master’s degree holder under the age of 40;
- Be excellent in academic and extra-curricular performance and yet not be rewarded any other scholarships offered by Chinese government.
This is fully funded scholarship, it includes: a waiver of tuition fee, free on-campus dormitory accommodation, stipend of 150 USD/month for bachelor, 244 USD/month for master and 300 USD/month for PhD students.
