Fully Funded Australia-Japan Youth Dialogue 2021

Young people currently residing in Australia and Japan are invited to participate in the Australia-Japan Youth Dialogue programme 2021.

The Australia-Japan Youth Dialogue 2021 is a hybrid online and in-person programme that seeks to strengthen the Australia-Japan relationship.

The event provides a platform for deeper engagement between future leaders of various professional backgrounds.

This year the programme will include a weekend-long in-person training in two satellite cities in Australia and Japan followed by two online sessions in November and December.

The Australia–Japan Youth Dialogue will cover the cost of flights, accommodation, meals, and transfers for any in-person sessions and all other reasonable dialogue expenses. 

The deadline is on Sunday 12th September 2021.

 

Main Criteria

Eligible candidates should be aged between 25 and 40 at the time of the application closing date.

Candidates are invited to complete their applications and attach a CV of up to two pages.

The AJYD team will interview shortlisted candidates via video conference (Zoom) in late September to early October. The AJYD team will assess applicants’ online submissions and interviews.
