Youth leaders are invited to develop their competencies in social media, filming and editing videos as part of the “Experience the Different” program in Zagreb from 1 October 2019 – 1 April 2020. All expenses including food, travel, accommodation, and pocket money are covered. The deadline is on 15 September 2019.
The “Experience The Different” project aims to provide opportunities to young people to develop themselves personally and professionally and to provoke motivation within the young people to more actively participate in their local community spreading EU values with the emphasis on healthy lifestyle and solidarity.
Volunteers will be educated in the receiving organization about preparing a scenario, how to use a camera, how to film, edit, and create amazing engaging videos and movies.
You will get an online language course for the Croatian language.
Funding
Accommodation is fully covered and free of charge. The facilities are fully equipped with furniture, heating system, and the Internet.
Volunteers will receive 275 euros for their travel, 150 euros/month for food expenses, and 150 euros/month as their pocket money.
Main criteria
The program “Experience The Different” is open to youth 18-30 years old who are motivated to work on the topics of solidarity, EU citizenship, and healthy lifestyle.
