Engineering Internship at Proctor & Gamble in Brussels

Summary European Engineer MA and PhD students are invited for a full-time paid internship that can run for 13 weeks up to 1 year with flexible starting dates. Candidates will be responsible for their own projects, working closely with research and development department. Application process is ongoing.

The Procter & Gamble Company is an American multinational consumer goods corporation headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. It specializes in a wide range of personal health/consumer health, and personal care and hygiene products. At the Brussels Innovation Centre, there are more than 1,100 people, of which more than 600 are scientists and engineers.

The internship program generally runs for 13 weeks up to 1 year starting at different times during the year. Part-time internships that will allow you to combine work experience with your studies are also possible. During the internship, you will be responsible for your own projects that will involve designing and evaluating technical options for achieving business objectives, studying technical feasibility, and leading consultations with Manufacturing, Research & Development department and other contributing groups. Interns will also get to travel to the project location to see your design come to life. Interns will receive an attractive remuneration package.

Main criteria

  • Candidates should be European MA or PhD students in Mechatronics; Chemical, Process, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering
  • You should be enrolled at university throughout the internship and finish your Master degree or PhD before the end of 2021
  • Good knowledge of English and such skills as technical curiosity, creativity, innovation and initiative are required
