Youth Time Magazine’s media partner Prague Morning is looking for interns. Prague Morning is a leading lifestyle brand redefining travel media with original shows and docs, cutting-edge adventure stories, and global social commentary.
Prague Morning is offering a digital internship to all young people all over the globe who would like to learn from experienced media experts and to improve their skills in the field of IT, graphic design, journalism, video production, and photography.
Prague Morning is the biggest fast-growing media outlet in English based in Prague, but interns do not necessarily need to be based there.
This internship is digital and everything will go online.
“We are looking for a diverse group of people from all over the country & world,” said Prague Morning with the aim to encourage all youngsters to apply for this position.
The internship is flexible and will work with your availability. The internship is not paid.
The General Requirements:
- Able to meet deadlines
- Must be enrolled in a university/college
- Must have a good work ethic & attitude
Five Current Open Positions:
- Contributor
- Designer
- Video producer
- IT Developer
- Photographer
Contributor:
- Good writing skills & passion for storytelling
- Experience writing for a news organisation is preferred
- Eager to contribute and collaborate with a team to achieve the best possible results
- Write and submit one piece per day (exceptions apply to breaking news writers)
Graphic Designer
- Follow social media trends closely & share discoveries with staff daily.
- Curate social media content & load all content into publishing systems.
- Create “Catching Design” to publish content online.
- Creativity and the ability to make the difference
Video Producer
- Making a short video
- Knowledge of video editing
- Ability to make a good quality video by phone
- Preferable a previous experience with editing
IT Developer
- Working with WordPress Theme
- SEO
- System management
Photographer:
- Creativity
- Story Telling throught the photography
- Preferable experience
