Call For Web Residencies: Re-entering The Ultimate Display

Schlosspost, a German open platform for the Solitude network, encourages digital artists and scientists to share the digital wonderland they will create and inhabit. Organizers will award 3 best participants a micro-grant of 500 USD to support the realization of a project during a four-week long web residency on Schlosspost. Deadline to submit your works is May 26th.

All kinds of virtual reality projects are welcome incl. websites, videos, writing, 3D objects, applications, etc. Digital flora and fauna, dream sculptures, market places for lost memories.  Presentations at Merz Akademie’s VR-Lab and facilities of partner institutions in or around Stuttgart are possible. If specific software or environments are needed, please contact organizers in advance.

Main criteria:

 

  • Everyone around the World interested in (digital) art and science;
  • No age limit.
