Current students and recent graduates are invited to join an international management consulting firm on a six-month paid internship in Neovantas, Madrid, Spain. The internship commences in September 2020.
Neovantas is an international management consulting firm that helps its clients to significantly accelerate results in terms of income, costs and/or quality, developing the basis for sustainability. The firm is present in Europe and Latin America, and their services have a strong analytical component aimed at generating fast results that are sustainable for their clients.
The six-month internship will start in September of 2020. University agreement is required and financial aid will be provided. Work schedule can be either half-day (mornings) or full time. Interns will be involved in analytical tasks concerning the “problem solving”: from in depth understanding of the situation to the analysis of relevant issues to finish with the elaboration of conclusions for its resolution. You will analyze and manage different information sources with a mostly unstructured profile and conduct market studies. Interns will directly communicate with Neovantas Senior Management and the clients. You will work on projects for top clients from the Banking and Telecommunication sectors in Spain, Europe and Latin America.

Main criteria
- Successful interns are BSc students in their last year or Master students majoring in MBA, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or a similar field
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required while knowledge of Portuguese, Italian, Danish or German is desirable.
Interns should demonstrate interest in business intelligence, big data and analytics, strategic transformation or change management. As part of your application, please provide a cover letter, language certificates, university performance record and your resume.
