Next generation leaders with the passion to challenge themselves are encouraged to join the Awaji Youth Federation as fellows and work on projects in Japan. The deadline is on 15 November 2019.
The Awaji Youth Federation Fellowship is a program offered by the Awaji Youth Federation. This fellowship provides youths with the opportunity to work under Pasona Group Inc.
Employees will receive an opportunity to gain work experience and new skills by participating in various projects covering:
- overseas marketing,
- tourism,
- advertisement,
- translation,
- interpreting, and information provision services.
The Awaji Youth Federation Fellowship has been designed so that Fellows will be able to enhance their skills and abilities without being burdened financially while in Japan.
As an Awaji Youth Federation Fellow, you will be employed by Pasona Group Inc. and receive a net salary of JPY 70,000 per month after excluding the cost of accommodation and meals.
Main criteria
- Eligible candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree;
- Demonstrate English ability of TOEIC 800 or equivalent for non-native speakers;
- Japanese language skills are preferable.
