The Asia-Pacific Region (APAC) Bright Development Program is an 18-month trainee program. It aims both to attract top talent in the region to create a unique developmental opportunity and to deliver on the growth ambitions in Asia. The focus is to bring in candidates with a broad learning agility. You will take on a full role with additional learning experiences in specific projects and assignments. You will be supported by a mentor, have an opportunity to discover the company, team and your own strengths and weaknesses; build a network and advance your personal and professional development. This learning journey will be addressing both personal and leadership skills and knowledge as well as building your functional capability.

The objective of the program is to hire talents with a maximum of 3-years working experience with broad potential and a curious mind. DSM are looking for future leaders who can help us drive the company to further success. For that, we need Commercial Specialists (Sales & Marketing, Account Managers etc.) in India, Indonesia, Japan, Pakistan and South Korea
