International Education and Resource Network (iEARN) , a organization made up of over 30,000 schools and youth organizations in more than 140 countries, announced its annual Youth Summit and Conference. The event is held in a different country each year since 1994. This time it is going to be in Brasilia, from 26th to 31st of July. During the conference , the youth will participate in an exclusive program of activities in which they will be able to interact as truly global citizens.
The event is a unique opportunity for educators, students, administrators, government officials, non-profit, and corporate partners, to meet and discuss how they are using technology to build global understanding and enhance teaching and learning.
In addition to educator and youth led workshops, the event also features cultural excursions, cultural nights, and presentations by Ministries of Education, businesses, and educational organizations eager to form partnerships with iEARN schools.
