Join Youth Time Authors Team

YT magazine is offering you the opportunity to join our team of authors. We are looking for new ideas, interesting approaches to covering news, personal stories, tips for young people around the world, and spirited and creative authors.

Join Youth Time Authors: We need people who know how to structure a story, work a beat and build relationships with people face-to-face. Experienced journalists interested in covering youth policy, technology news, design, art, and science are especially encouraged to apply.

Please note that Youth Time runs two media publications: the print edition and online media. Their content is managed separately.

General Requirements

  • Experience in writing and storytelling
  • Good general knowledge
  • Advanced spelling, punctuation, vocabulary and grammar skills in English
  • The ability to work independently

The position is freelance and candidates from any country are welcome to apply!

Salary: piece-rate pay. The rate is determined after the interview.
