Z Game Changers Cause Ambassador Program

Young people from generation Z are invited to take part in the online Cause Ambassador program. Participants will benefit from mentorship sessions covering the topics of soft skills, leadership, social entrepreneurship, work-life balance, and strategic decisions. Participants will learn how to address global and local issues and implement their projects.

Z Game Changers is a platform for young leaders to exchange their ideas and learn about modern world’s issues through articles and online courses. Ambassador candidates will work on self-started projects on gender equality, education reform, animal rights, plastic pollution, global warming (or any other not mentioned). Selected Ambassadors will be assigned either of two types of roles: a group leader ambassador or a team player ambassador.

Ambassadors Group Leaders will be responsible for group maintenance, while others in the group will be actively participating in discussion and brainstorming to problem-solve the situation using Design Thinking and Social Entrepreneurship strategies. Each group will have 5-10 members.

Once the project group is complete and you are ready to start, you will be guided through a series of online calls and other interactions about each step of the process. During the whole program you get access to all the courses on the platform – Environment, Mindfulness, Nutrition, Brain Power and more.

As an Ambassador you will be featured on the platform and social media of Z Game Changers. If you make a huge progress during the program in terms of project idea, you can stand a chance to get funded to set up your own Social Enterprise (for international and strategic projects). As Z Ambassador, you are expected to make this effort to promote the platform so that more people will join it and create more good in this world.

The deadline is on 14 May 2020.

Main criteria

Round one of Ambassadors selection starts with you declaring what cause you care about and what specific problem you’d like to resolve. To participate in Round 1, candidates should follow @zgamechangers on Instagram and post a picture of their Problem Statement written on a paper that they hold. Selected participants will be notified by 18 May. Those who don’t get to Round 2 will be able to benefit from one chosen course on the Z Game Changers for free.
