Top 5 Habits to Become More Feminine

There are so many things females can instill in their daily, weekly, and monthly routines to become more feminine, but I would focus on top five habits in this article.

Femininity can carry diverse meanings with numerous interpretations. The absolute thing about femininity is how you carry yourself and the character you possess. Developing oneself is key. 

 

Take Care of Yourself

First impressions count, so be responsible and put some work into how you look and smell. Your health and your appearance are key. Take care of yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally, and be financially stable.  Exercise frequently and eat well to keep fit. Your hair, skin, and nails are equally important. Be familiar with the necessities for good body hygiene. Find a skincare routine that works for you and follow it consistently. Set monthly reminders to fix your hair and nails. 

Feed your brain. You must read wide on any subject of interest and be well-versed with world issues. The knowledge you possess on any subject matter enables you to hold conversations. This skill can get you to win hearts. Find the connection with your emotions and keep in touch. Experiences are bound to teach you who you are. Pay attention to the emotions your life experiences teach you and be ready to learn and unlearn.  Financially, you must develop the habit of saving money so the money you save can take care of you when in need. You can also create extra revenue for yourself. While you do all this, remember not to be hard on yourself. All work and no play make Jackie a dull girl. Do take breaks, reset, and run back on track. 

 

Be Polite and Kind

Never forget what our primary teachers taught us; learn how to say please, excuse me, and thank you. As funny as it sounds, it is one of the basics of femininity. Do not forget your manners. Do not be mean; exclude inappropriate words from your vocabulary. Lend a helping hand to your neighbor. Just as Maya Angelou puts it, “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” Show empathy and strive to make an impact. People are bound to take advantage of your kindness and politeness, so you must as well have boundaries. Do not let anyone take advantage of you.

 

Embrace Your Uniqueness 

As a woman, you need to find your uniqueness. We are all not the same. Spend time discovering your distinct personality and avoid being a carbon copy. Be confident and comfortable in your own skin, regardless of your shape and size.

 

Do Not Follow Trends

At some point in time, you will find some familiarity in the fashion sense of every woman globally. It is okay for us all to crave the same style, but do we need to follow fashion trends at all costs to be noticed? I would say no. This does not mean you must show up dressed shabbily, but just as you would invest in your knowledge, invest in knowing your body type and dress to suit it. 

You need not follow trends; you can start a trend because all these trends started from somewhere. Why don’t you define your style and watch the world follow?

 

Do Not Gossip

Gossiping is mostly associated with women but is that the case? Unless you do not have that one male friend who gives you the juiciest gist. Conversations may resurface, and you may wish to respond, but let me borrow you this rule I always follow. If I cannot say what I am saying about a person directly in their presence, I would shush.
