Eligibility

This grant is available to the following organizations and individuals willing to investigate crimes against media professionals:

  • Investigative journalists
  • Bloggers and social activists
  • Media organizations
  • NGOs

 

Cost

JFJ grant covers up to $80,000 per individual. It covers the costs related to reporting the story. That includes airfare, accommodation, meals, transportation, fixers, translators, and the fee for the duration of the project.

 

Deadline

The deadline for this application is March 20, 2022.
