Old Mutual Graduate Accelerator Programme

Current postgraduates are invited to join the Graduate Accelerated Programme. The GAP is organised by the Old Mutual, an African financial services organsiation. Participants will benefit from an 18-month placement with the potential to become a permanent employee. The deadline is on Tuesday 31st August 2021.

Old Mutual is a premium African financial services organisation that offers a broad spectrum of financial solutions to retail and corporate customers across key market segments in 14 countries.

The lines of business include Life and Savings, Property and Casualty, Asset Management and Banking and Lending.

The Old Mutual Graduate Accelerated Programme (GAP) is aimed at graduates and postgraduate students seeking invaluable work experience.

Successful candidates will join the company for a period of 18 months with a high prospect of becoming a permanent employee.

You will receive continuous coaching and development opportunities. Interns will gain access to industry experts as mentors and coaches. 

The deadline is on Tuesday 31st August 2021. 

 

Main Criteria

Candidates currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in commerce, marketing, engineering, mathematics, and other fields are eligible to apply. 

Applicants should be no older than 26 years of age. A minimum of 65% should be achieved in your final year.
